Hi,

Whats the best and simplest way to test your rod rollers are in good shape?

Just take them apart and clean and grease them with a teflon grease. So you can inspect the pin and sleeve.

Cut a piece of rubber band,run it thru the roller and see if it's moving freely. Of course pulling it apart,clean and lube is best.
Do what you can with that you have where you are
