okuma citrix ci-273 lxa trouble shooting..

Hello fishing friends!

Recently i received an okuma citrix ci-273 lxa for maintenance, and i ran into a problem 😰. I could not remove the spool? As usual I removed the side cover, after that I tried to pick the spool out but somehow it got stuck?

Is that usual on this reel? Any advice? I serviced many reels, but no Citrix...

This is probably a little late, but I found if you pull the tension knob you can push on the spindle and that helps it thru gear.
