Hello all,

Finally purchased my first Newell after wanting one for a while.

The reel is an S338-5 and is in decent shape except for damage on the underside of the front bar from what look likes years of hooking rigs there.

Would like this one to remain mostly stock looking.

Anyone have parts available for this or can point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

Pic of the reel... you can see a little of the damage in the first pic.

The front bar should have a SS piece on the top. Looks like you are referring to the rear bar.

Bryan- it is the front bar with the stainless steel top. Damage is on the bottom.

Reel Man - that is a generous offer, I’ll send an email. Anything I can do for you let me know.

Thanks for clarifying.  I was trying to look where the damage was and if it would be a problem.

Not really a problem. More cosmetic.
