shimano 200GTB ?

Hi, I'm new here and i'm so glad i found this forum..I'm just curious how to get to the main drive gear to add grease ? , and also does anyone have any experience with this type of reel (200gtb)how is the quality and reliability of it?  Thx  -Ronnie
