Help - I cant find the tutorial on how to install Carbontex Drag Washers into Tr

I saw on this web site a few week ago where Alan Tani did a drag upgrade to a Shimano Trinidad 16/20. I bought some carbontex drag washers and cannot find the tutorial. Can someone please link for me. Thanks!
