Ridgers

Hello

I fish mainly on canals and rivers here in England with lures. Most of my setups (all but one) have spinning reels and I have become more and more interested in reel maintenance and making the reels I have (and will have  ;) ) better than they are from the box. We shall see ...

Anyway, thank you for allowing me aboard  :)

I fish for the main four predatory course fish over here: Perch (similar to or the same as Yellow Perch), Pike, Zander (Walleye) & Chub. I mainly fish for Perch and just catch & release.

There are many other course species that can be caught on lures, though, such as Bream, Roach, Rudd and even Carp. Trout will obviously also have a go, as will Salmon (a mate of mine caught one on a tailbait) and grayling.

Plenty to go after, really  :)

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.
