Great idea of rails on the swimming platform.  That is one nice boat.  Dominick

The swimming platform is the perfect place to fish unless the ocean is nasty.  You are clear of any obstructions and close to the water.  There is a large doorway into the cockpit so it's very easy to get in and out.

Here's some more info on the boat from the sbseacharters.com website:

Finaddict is a 41-ft custom built Radon Sportfisher with a flying bridge and integrated swim step. Radon boats are locally built in Santa Barbara and are renowned for strength, stability and a comfortable ride. Finaddict was custom built and designed for offshore sportfishing and other specialty trips. Completely rebuilt from bow to stern in 2016, Finaddict is the newest, largest and most well appointed charter boat in the Santa Barbara Harbor.
Finaddict can sleep up to 6 passengers and up to 3 crew comfortably.

The restroom/shower is enclosed outside of the cabin for comfort and privacy.

Finaddict has hot and cold running fresh water.

Finaddict is powered by new twin 435 horsepower Volvo diesel engines. A 12.5kwatt generator provides 110 and 220 power throughout the boat which means you can use and charge your electrical devices.

Finaddict has a 400 mile range with a cruising speed of up to 20 knots.

Finaddict is equiped with a water maker for longer trips.

The boat is equipped with the latest Raymarine electronics which includes a depth sounder, chart plotter, 48 mile radar and autopilot. The electronics are duplicated on the bridge and constantly communicate with one another.  The boat is also equipped with a second GPS and chart plotter, 2 VHF marine radios and a 406 MHZ category 1 EPIRB.  Although not required by United States Coast Guard regulations, Finaddict undergoes a voluntary Coast Guard inspection annually. Fire and safety equipment exceed the minimum requirements.

Finaddict has a below deck insulated 1 ton fish hold, 10 scoop live bait tank, large cockpit and a door in the transom for easy access to the swim step. A built-in ice chest supplements the refrigerator in the galley area. The private restroom-shower is conveniently located outside the cabin for comfort and privacy. It is equiped with a hot water shower and flushing toilet. The cockpit is very large and can accommodate 6 passengers with plenty of room to spare.   Finaddict was designed with safety in mind – a flush deck and 1 ¼" sturdy stainless rails around the boat.  Flood lights light up the entire deck and foredeck for night time trips.

The cabin is spacious and well appointed.  With bunks for 6 passengers, two tables for dining or working, a galley with a microwave, refrigerator, fresh water hot and cold sink, built in coffee maker and storage areas for food and passenger belongings (as well as an outdoor BBQ grill for multi day trips).  The cabin can be lit up for night time use, with separate lights (both red and white) conveniently located.

That swim platform looks like the rack on an albacore jig boat. Looks like a great idea. That a beautiful boat, looks really well thought out. One of these days!
