Hmmmm, a faster squidder, isn't that a jigmaster in 3 different widths ?  Huh? And with gear ratios all the way to 5:1 .

Y'all want room for double dogs on these?

Before you start asking when they're gonna be ready, I still have some things to finish up on before I make these plates. Grin

YES . . . Double Dogs  ! ! !

Rowdy,

The Squidder is smaller in diameter than the Jigmaster . . .

For some reason, Jigmaster's never "fit my hand", but the Squidder is perfect !

Since these Squidder plates are "full custom", what is the issue with a "Magnum" version ( double dogs please ) ?

I do realize that a custom spool would be necessary, since the Shafts differ between the Squidder & the Jigmaster.

Either that, or custom gears that would accommodate both the Jigmaster Drags and the Squidder Spool Shaft.

I would certainly be interested in magnums if created, double dogs at the least if making a run of new side plates. If not the Jigmaster gears then possibly we could get a better balanced low gear with ss dd into a Squidder ( for me the 146ish ) or a Surfmaster (for me a  100) type package...great googley moogley Batman we would have a winner!!!

Aka Mini Tank better than the 500/501 when not needing 500 yards of line .

I’d take several side plates if you could do them for surfmasters too.
