Well done and entertaining too. That's something I miss from the Northeast, all those tasty species available to catch, without having to worry about ciguaterra. And those Tautogs are the dang tastiest of them all!

After rading your websight (I enjoyed that, by the way,) I'd recomend you look at the status of the Hood Canal in Wa. You will then see that a bunch of regulations are in place just to keep us from fishing, even if it is determined that the population is healthy.

Really enjoyed reading about fishing in Brooklyn, I grew up in the East New York section of Brooklyn and I have many memories of going out on the boats out of Sheepshead Bay.

I left there a long time ago but I still have a lot of memories of Brooklyn.
