Hi all,

I had created and sent out a return shipping label to all members who purchased the 112H DD bridge. There are still few members have not mailed out the package yet.

Please note that the return label was sent by my third party shipping company. It will not come with my prochalleanger.com account. If any problem, please post it here.

Thanks,

This shows excellence, Alan is even paying the return shipping to correct his product for his customers. Much respect Alan. 8)

Glitches happen and when one steps up and corrects the problem there is not enough that could be said about a stand up guy.  Good for you Alan.  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

Hi all,

This recall is to replace any 112H double dog bridge that had issue as you all know. One must returns the bad bridge to get a replacement bridge. I received a call from a AT's member this afternoon, he would like to replace his three pieces 112H DD bridge, but he claimed that he tried to find a way to fix the initial issue, but he broken and threw them away. I told him that he should had saved those broken bridges, and I could not replace them without those bad bridges.

If a person does not have the old 112H bridge I sold him, I will not replace it. If anyone does not agree with that, I am sorry for it.

Thanks,

Alan,
You've proven time and again that you want to do what is best for your customers and what is ethically and morally right.  Your handling of these issues with the 112H bridge is above and beyond any level of customer service that is seen today.
I think that refusing to replace parts that a customer has voluntarily destroyed and thrown away completely understandable you have every right to do that.
Thank you for your quality, custom parts and top notch service!
