Seafood Safety Seminar for Recreational Fishermen

Everyone,

I know it is short notice but I will be giving a Powerpoint presentation titled:

Seafood Safety for Recreational Fishermen

This will be held on the Capitol Princess, Skyport Marina (East 23rd St and FDR Drive, NY, NY 10010)

It starts at 6pm and it is free.

There is a parking deck at the marina where you can park your car for a fee. The M23 and M34 bus both stop at the marina which makes it easily accessible from Penn Station, Port Authority and for most subways/buses which stop at 23rd St.

We will be covering safety aspects of histamines, botulism, parasites, smoking, curing, pathogens, bait, ice, proper sanitation, etc.

If anyone wishes to attend, please let me know as seats will be limited to approximately 50 people.

If this is well received, I can bring this presentation to you if you have maybe a club, large group, etc.
