Many "kudos" to Maureen, and all the folks at Mystic Parts !!  I had an issue with a part, and she jumped right on the problem, and, it's as good as taken care of !! That's great service !! It's very refreshing, in this day and age, to deal with a vendor who cares about the customer...and not just his $$ !  Thanks, Mystic !!
There's nothing wrong with a few "F's" on your record....Food, Fun, Flowers, Fishing, Friends, and Fun....to name just a few !

A couple of years back I ordered a spool, I believe for the surfmaster. Mo sends me a very expensive spool instead, of course I sent it back.

Just last year I placed and order of $200 and I received it within 2 days, after a couple of days, I received another of the same order.
I think this was the time that Mo was traveling. I told Mo no worries, I will buy the second one as well.

I know that here everyone else would have done the same, but I'm not sure if outside our house someone would have kept that second order. :-\

This is a family run business, I hope it doesn't happen too often.
