Tyrnos handle onto TLD 20 / 25 grub screw.

I'm looking at putting a Tyrnos 30 handle on one of my TLD's. I know the nut is different too but what I don't know is if the little screw from the TLD handle will fit the Tyrnos handle. Can anyone shed a bit of light on this for me ?.
