Really easy trim band technique

I thought I'd share the method I came up with for doing trim bands. It works well for me so I thought others might want to see it. It is so simple, I'm sure someone else came up with it before me and I just haven't run across it being done by someone else yet so I would assume there are others who haven't seen it or tried it too. I really like it for metallic threads because there isn't much of a chance to damage the foil like you can occasionally pulling tag ends through in other methods. This would be most similar to the nail knot method, but requires no straw or other tool.
