Here,s a fun clip we took that might interest some of you.  We were anchored in about 150 feet of tidewater and were trying to catch a halibut.    We caught one and then we waited for the tide to switch around.  As the water started moving again it seemed to sparkup a feeding of our quarry.   We had a fun time and hooked another 7 footer.  after bringing it up Ken gets a fish on the other side of the boat.  We set things down ant got kens fish and the big cow sulked and was still on the hook.  we released it and was glad.   Yahoo!

Great job, Gary. That was one bit Momma Halibut. Glad to see her behaving so well for you before she departed.

Hard to tell the size in the videos but I believe it was at least 7 foot if you consider the length of the fishing deck.  Good release.  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
