I finished up Derin's Magnum 4/0 last night.
Ted's eccentric lever was a hair shorter than the original, but worked perfect, and looks killer!



Alan Chui's new aluminum drag star looks great as well.





He also includes a thin delrin washer to go between the star and the handle arm.



And here's the finished reel.







This is a beast of a 4/0! 
Can't wait to see what you pull out of the depths with it Darin!

I dont know, I see the reel then I check the color, the upgrades, even the tib handle and still it has something I dont like, still dont know what it is.

it must be that is doesnt belong to me, yep, thats it.

Free spool is not amazing, but decent, I didn't actually time it though.

Drag maxed out at 43 lbs. and still smooth.
