The NLA just canceled my weekend trip again for the second time in two weeks! They said they canceled due to storms this weekend but my theory is that the boat won't be ready after getting rehabbed this winter. Anyway a quick call to Fisherman's Landing and I'm booked on a 1.5 day trip aboard the Pacific Queen!

The PQ killed it this weekend bringing in 30 bft in the 40-60# range.....

Anyone wanna join me?

The weather's not looking good through the middle of next week.

Well the PQ said they would go unless it gets super nasty..... If they cancel I'll just sign up for their trip on the 20th!

As of right now the trip is still a go and NOAA shows offshore to SC 2ft or less for waves and 2-3ft swell at 13-14 seconds all weekend down to the border.  Doesn’t get any prettier than that👌👍

I'll leave in the am and stop at Bob Sands to pick up a new rod and get some fresh topshots put on then I'll head south.....
