rod ID pls... tia

 hello all... I hope every one here is safe and healthy in this pandemic... found a rod and reel,  reel is a black 4/0 and I think a vintage rod?....  rod has wood butt, metal /chrome,  and roller guides... hope some gents can help id the rod... tia.

It's a factory job.  Not Harnell and not Mildrum.
