My friend, Miguel went with a friend on his former Native Anglers whaler the other day to Big Sur, and was kind enough to send me some pics.  Man, that gets my adrenaline going!

think I will be heading out this weekend, fishing has been allowed but beaches still closed, just waiting for all the rules to be aligned. The more rules you make the bigger confusion you create!

Out here in California, it's hard to keep up with what's open/closed, surfing/swimming-only, reside within 5 miles, etc.  Based on Calif's state covid website (https://covid19.ca.gov), the number of new cases continue to increase while some of us slowly lose our sanity at home.  There comes a time that, within reason, we gotta get some fresh air.  Nothing wrong with that.  Fishing the beach sounds good to me, too!
