Rhubarb 🍷

As most people up here have too much rhubarb available all summer it seems only fitting to make some wine.  Cobbler, pies, crisps are all good butt too much of a good thing may become boring.
    I've never used a cornelia keg for a secondary fermenter before.   And I needed an airlock on one side and plug off the other side or add another air lock to the in and out ports.
    So I,m trying this cork idea.   More later.   🍷🤔
