For non moving parts, and gears, I use triple guard grease by BRP. Almost 1 month ago, I ordered a case and today I wanted to order more and the grease is up 25% per pound. What happened in a month?  All grease that I looked at went up 25%. That’s crazy. Is marine grease the new commodity?

Cheesy I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. Cheesy

I now only use fully synthetic grease and oil on everything, not just reels.
Smith & Allan Teflube Plus 2 Grease - Synthetic Multi-Purpose PTFE Teflon Grease (works on drags as well - one grease for everything Smiley)
TSI 321 on everything - not the cheapest but it is one of the best with a long life.
