Had this discussion with Dave a few years back, both are good choice in my opinion.

Dave did mentioned that even though the two dogs engage at the same time, both do not share equal force.

I thought about it and it made sense to me.

Yes the second dog will definitely help but one takes the initial force.

Don't ask me why, I'm not that smart🙂.

Ok I think I'm going to leave it as is for now. At least till someone gets the ss yoke in stock. Im not worried about a catfish damaging the reel it really is overkill but I want to try some things that the line capacity could be handy. Thanks everyone for the info and advice! I'm sure I'll have more questions before long
