Penn Seaboy 190 and Sea-Scamp 78 Carbon fiber washers

Hello,

I may need to start making my own carbon fiber washers.  I can't seem to find them for the Penn Seaboy 190 pre-1990 or the Sea-Scamp 78.  Anyone have these parts or know where to buy them?

Mystic doesn't have them.

Never mind.  I check the schematics and they don't have drag washers.  Use your thumb.  Learn something new every day.  I knew the Seahawk 77 was thumb drag, but not these.
