The handle on the right is a Diawa.

No mods to make those fit?

I had to remove the handle to put the round one on, the Diawa fit as is.  I think the arm for the round handle was a a Diawa too.

What reel did that handle come from? Not the round one.

Same, it was many years ago.  Hopefully someone here without CRS can help.

i measured the shaft on my 5500C handle, it's 3x7mm.  i know ABU offers a counterbalanced power handle like Keta's pics, and some aftermarket handles on ebay are offered in 3x7mm or 4x8mm slot sizes.  dunno what size you have though.

I tried a TronixPro power handle - comfortable but didn't really like it. I went back to the original handle but added a couple of knob covers. Also I couldn't see the need for a 'power handle' on a 5500 size reel Undecided

My reel is an AKios 5500, but is the same size as the original ABU.

The small handles hurt my arthritis and cause my busted up hands to cramp up fast.

+1 on arthritis in hands.  I used a gomexus knob on my penn spinner for 3 hours a couple of weeks ago (big step up from the little flat handle that came stock) and my fingers/grasp was pretty stiff and painful the next 2 days
