Is it possible to raise the Tiagra 130’s high gear?

I was wondering if anyone could blueprint my reel to make the high gear higher? Idk if anyone does that or it's even possible but I think tiagras high gear is 2.2:1 and I wanted it at like 2.7:1. What about cal?

It wouldn't be "blueprinting" it would be a gear change.    I have a Penn  50SW that went the other way, low is 1:1.
