Mystery Pipe and Fitting from Donnyboat, Western AU

Hi Wayne, these two pics could you please place them on the forum for me,
a mate of mine brought a tackle shop many years ago, & this implement was there,
maybe fishing reel related, maybe not,
In the first pic you can see the three attachments that fit the brass handle are all different sizes,
the second pic demonstrates how they come apart, someone may know what there for including Mike Currie or Murray,

It's a cabullubator shaft and finnigin pin.  Useless until you need one.     Dominick

It looks like the piece on the right is missing the stop collar. I'm guessing each of the three pieces screws into the post that is supposed to be a stand. The different diameters is probably for different sized gear. This FEELS really fly fishing oriented to me, but I can't put my finger on it.

It's a connector for a left handed smoke shifter.  Fred should know this.

Is it something to do with fly tying - to hold bobbins and stuff of varying sizes ?

I am almost Positive those pieces are left over parts from an IKEA  92.5 inch Plasma HD TV  Mounting Flange assembly bracket for Corrugated Ceiling Tile  Applications .

OR the base that holds a Prop Wash Differential Accumulator to Measure Prop-Wash Magnitude Variances between left and right turbo prop Engine performances at 40 percent throttle however it seems the Digital Thermal Actuator is missing .
