 Nope, try again

It is 100% factory Penn including the offset. Hint, the reel it came on is a star drag

Sorry guys, it's blowing 30+ and dumping buckets and trying to lighten up my day.  ;) No doubt one of you guys will recognize it

I believe it's off a baja special

Believe that is correct, Sheldon.

It's a sweet handle, and a bit pricey.

Mines a little beat up but it sure looks like it
Do what you can with that you have where you are

LOL, a little beat up is an understatement

It is the same except the cutout for the gear sleeve on your Baja won't fit a 113h

This one is factory made to fit 113H sleeve

One of these days I'll find something that will stump Rudy. That day isn't today  :D

Back on topic.... Another T4N1 with a familiar knob/blade this time

That one was easy for me, I have a BNIB 113 MTL & I put one of those handles on a 349H about 5 years ago. Did I win a Penn International 50 VISX 2 speed ?  ???  ???   :D

Ted, I think the frame is backwards unless it's a lefty.  ;D

The frame looks symmetrical to me, other than the labeling. When properly set up, is the "T4N1" supposed to point toward the fish or the fisherman?

RowdyW

The brand name usually points toward the fish & the part no. points toward the fisherman. When the brand name is on the top you read it as you are holding the rod fishing or standing in a rod holder or rack. JMO, owner/builder can do as they wish.
