How do you prepare them for a meal?

We just chunk 'em up and roll in any fish fry coating, then deep fry. The Striper and Smallmouth both are fantastic out of Cumberland. It has crystal clear, deep cool water. This trip was the first time I've even seen it stained. We don't care for these species out of our Ohio River...because of the reasons y'all stated. The only fish we eat from the Ohio River are Sauger, as they taste just like Walleye. In my opinion...any one of these species...from muddy water or clear...taste better than the Sea Bass I made for lunch today! ;D

I dont like seabass either, only grouper, YT, spanish macks, triggerfish and tuna maybe snappers but they are not local fish so, I try to dont eat frozen fish from other places.
