Hello!
I wonder if anyone know if its possible to buy Cal's Grease in the pound can in Europe? We have the small 1oz can in some stores here in Sweden, but I prefer to buy the pound can. I have earlier bought it from Smoothdrag, but on my latest orders from the States I've got bad luck with the customs fee, so it gets way to expensive.

Regards!

Mystic parts were selling it, and for a quarter of the price, that it is advertised on the bay, good luck cheers Don.

Nothing unique about Cal's.  Maybe look for an alternative? There are several threads where we discussed alternate products, including the properties to consider.  Several of us went with Super Lube (which I like better than Cal's).  Super Lube does have a Swedish distributor, but if there is a similar product more easily procured locally, I would go with that.

Yes, but I have only seen small cans. Like when you buy a combipack with a small bottle of oil and a small can with grease.

I know Smoothdrag has it. Bought my first can from them. But on my last different orders from the states I've had back luck with the customs fee, so it gets quite expensive.

Yes.  The high dropping point and PTFE additive are the important features for drag lube.  If you check the thread linked in my previous post, this and more up is discussed.

I only do about a dozen reels a year, but the some of the reel repair pros here have been using Super Lube for drags and general use, and I don't think anyone has posted anything negative yet.
