Oyster Po'boy(Georgia Style)

I threw this together with what I had:

Fried Oysters(raw from Sam's)
Toasted Wonder Bread
Lettuce
GA. Tomato(heavy on the black pepper)
Louisiana Remoulade Sauce

sorry, no matter how awesome the rest,

get a proper baguette, or ANY REAL BREAD!!!

The sauce will take care'a the white bread taste, or lack there-of.
Fishing tackle is an art form and all fish caught on the right tackle are"Gfish"!

Sometimes you just have to use what you have.  I would never eat Vienna sausages at home, but in the boat or a camping trip they taste just fine.  If those oysters are still juicy when you bite into them and cooked just enough to brown the batter, I wouldn't even notice the bread.  If that mater is home grown, you get extra credit.  Incidentally, I was raised in Savannah and spent my spare time on the Wilmington River jumping shrimp boat wakes with a 10 foot Jon boat.
