Anyone know where to get one of these that looks like  a top hat or has one for sale?

whittierte on ebay has them in stainless and brass I believe.  Not the top hat ones though but his work fine.  Has lots of other Newell stuff too, almost all the small parts
Do what you can with that you have where you are
