Pinion question

Will the pinion from 149 work in long beach 66. The pinion for 149 is listed for 149 and 113. The 113 uses 66 gear. So does this deduct that it will work

No, a 13-49 pinion is needed — there are differences.

A 113 uses a 13-113 pinion & a 5-113 main.

A 149 uses a 13-113 pinion & a 5-149 main.

A 66 uses a 13-49 pinion & 5-66 main.

I don't believe it will work —. It let us know either way what you discover.

Tested out the will mesh and work but clearance issue in 66.
