Anybody try this yet?  I've been looking for a mini bearing puller set and this popped up in my search.  Any opinions or recommendations for other sets?

That's what I thought too.  I was planning on a Reelspeed set last year but couldn't bring myself to swing that kind of money on it.  Boca has been emailing 35% off coupons lately, so next time I get one I'll have to order a set.

Cool! About time someone produced this at a realistic price. 8)

What's the discount code?

GRATEFUL was the last one, but it wasn't working when I ordered.  I had to get on the ball and order though as I have a charter customer sending me a bunch of Penns to prep for next season.

Let us know how they do. I have Reelspeed's old and new set. Reelspeed's older set would break to easily.

That price is cheap..!!

Well guys, this one is a bust.  Boca says it fits 3mm up to 26mm, wouldn't fit any reel I tried it on.  I tried Penn, Shimano, and Daiwa conventionals, no go for this one.  The smallest chuck was too small and the next size up too big.  Don't waste your money folks, this is going back.

Bummer, but thanks for the report I was watching this one closely... - john

Boca Bearings is a solid company.

I think if someone gave them a call — and talked to the right person with some authority — that the proper sizes could be added to this set.

Particularly if the Alan Tani site was referenced — with over 2,000,000 hits a month — and many hundreds of active members.
