if you're specifically asking about how well the LiveLiner functions/lasts!!!,

(though, they can't tell you much about salt-worthiness)
early Penn attempts at a Baitrunner feature were not too well-regarded -- now, who knows
price seems steep...  might mean Penn upped their game
probably means you're better off w/ Okuma, than Pure Fishing (if it's all PROC-made, anyway)
