Shimano Stella 10000FA Twin Disk Drag

Could someone please advise the correct procedure for accessing the drag washer on the under side of the Stella 10000FA spool? I have had a look everywhere and haven't been able to locate any info regarding the procedure.

My problem lies with part #8298 (drag cover). I assume (and you know what they say about assumption...) that it unscrews anti-clockwise.

How on earth is one supposed to grip it to unscrew it? I have a tool (mentioned elsewhere in the reel tutorial section) that works on the Stella 8000 series drag cover. Is there something similar that works on the 10000FA?
