I'm a gun guy,so shooting it would be cool,accuracy on a target,even playing with types of projectiles etc. but when I'm fishing,I'll just fish .besides,I surfish in NJ and maybe NY not sure about legality!
If a man sails the seas, with no woman around, is he still wrong?

yes, but fishing NJ/NY you have better opportunity to pick off jet-skiers

I would think that drones would pretty much make bait cannons obsolete.

You can make a bait cannon, for next to nothing, $wise lol!

Not to mention, one little dip, and I do believe there, worthless!
But ya just never know what could happen here! They're cracking down on everything these days, I think the only way you can get away with the cannon, is if it's pneumatic!
Definitely not allowed to use them with anything that can ignite or is flammable!
But I'm sure, here in NJ if they watched you shoot a 8- 16 ounce slug, they would find a way to confiscate your cannon and give you some nice tickets!!!
