for odd sizes like 1.4 mm just glue 2 x .7 sheets
make sure they are laminated thats all,glue wont seep through.

What kind of glue is suitable for gluing CF in this application?  Will it survive the heat buildup?

For the last 6 months or so I have been using the Mayhew 27 punch kit plus on of their small metric kits. They are very expensive but work great.

I also use a 3 ton bench press mounted about 18" off the floor. I can punch them with one hand on the handle bar. I need it low and such a big press b/c I do it from my wheelchair.

I'll post some pictures if I ever remember.

I only use it for reels I don't have kits for. I get most all of mine from Dawn at Smooth Drag.
