Tiburon has a topless gold anodized frame (model # T12) available for the reel.  They are $79.95 + shipping.  May I ask why you are looking for a new frame?  
Alan Tani has custom handle knobs available, as does reel power handles (both might require some minor modification of tour existing handle arm), tiburon (TB300 lite or possibly TB1250 lite for $44.95 ea), and Dawn at smooth drag, both have complete replacement handle assemblies available as well, or you can order a replacement from Penn or Scott's (24-12LT, or 24-6 should work).  Personally I like the jumbo billeted Alum Gold anodized T-bar handle (see pic, $39.95) with integral bearing, on this reel.  Give Dawn a call and she should be able to set you up, she may have a black handle arm that might work on your reel as well (combo for $49.95).  The handle arm assemblies basically vary from $19.95 for a molded T-bar up to $49.95.  You can get just a standard replacement black colored arm from ReelPowerHandles.com and pair it w/whatever knob you like the most..just make sure they are comparable (hole dia/arm thickness).  Basically there are standard and jumbo sized offset billeted alum T bars, molded t-bar, tib t-bar lite, speed (ball style), and oversized deluxe Billeted alum t bar handle knobs (see second pic), or Alan Tani oversized offset molded handles (very rugged, durable, and high quality), you can also get Eva (high density, lightweight foam) t-bar or speed handle knobs (most require purchase of 2 seperate bearings avail from Jiggingworld.com which may also have sum other anodized alum) handles.  As far as arms go, there are stock arms, aftermarket standard black arm, aftermarket stepped black (designed for cal sheets 2-speed conversion reels), or you might be able to get one from Alan or Keta's customs..if they are willing to custom cut you an arm.  Lots of options here.
