What can and can't I keep??

Hey guys,

I'm going to be fishing from the Jetty's in the Los Angeles California area. How do I know what kind of fish I can keep and at what size?!?!?! I just thought of this I don't want to get fined for catching/ keeping the wrong fish! I'm going fishing in an hr and this just popped into my head lol

Personally, shore fishing in the LA area, I would not keep anything...but that's just me.

Pick up a fishing regulations book, they will have pictures in the book of keepers and no keepers including sizes.
