Mustad Hook a million contest

It's my understanding if you preregister w/mustad, and are an IGFA member and catch the first IGFA accepted all tackle world record or one of the first 2 all tackle state record fish on a mustad hook you are eligible to win $1,000,000 for the world record
Or
$100,000 for the a State record

I think the contest was originally slated to run from Oct of 2011 for one year, but may have been extended due to no qualifying/accepted catches having occurred, though some may be pending?

I submitted a world record catch some years back for a similar contest by  Gamakaysu hooks, but did not qualify due to it being a line-class not all tackle record
