What base for a YTS?

I have a narrow newell spool and set of narrow newell bars coming from ebay to build a 113h YTS. Is there a penn base I can use for this rather than find newell base and spend more $$$$?

There is, but it may end up costing more than the Newell. The Penn 99 has the same bolt pattern and is the correct width. I've never seen anyone use one but it will fit your bars and spool.
