Ambassadeur 7000 Spool Brake

Which brake shoes are correct for my Ambassadeur 7000? The larger type that are roughly 1/4" long and 3/16" in diameter, or the smaller variety the I can barely see....the reel came with both types....if the larger style is better to use, where can I purchase them? Thanks

crud, i'd send you some but i always throw them away......
