Can 500 gears fit into 505hs ?

Hi guys
Can I put 500 jigmaster gears into a 500hs?

Yes, the pinion is just a little loser on the spool shaft, but will still work. As for drags, it might be too low, but could be fixed with an additional washer on top, or a longer spacer.
Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.
