Go Pro Editing?

Does anyone have any experience with editing vidieo pictures taken with the Go Pro? I would like to use the footage more and share with others but some of it is shakey and non eventful as is.  I would ike ti be able to reprint one frame as well. but cant seem to figger it out. I dont have ant fancy programs, just a computer, footage, and a desire. If the footage was shortened and only the better parts used they would be more interesting, to all.     thanks for a reply!   gst.

Movavi  HAS SOFTWARE TO DO THAT. I GOT A BASIC EDITING.ON SELL FOR $25. STILL HAD TO GET MY GRANDSON HELP THIS OLD GEEZER. THE THING THAT TAKES A LONG TIME IS WHEN YOU DOWN LOAD TO YOUTUBE.
