Trust me, I know. Okuma schematics are not as accurate as they should be. I found this out while working on my Citrix. But I will say this: Their customer service is great, e.g. they sent washers to me free of charge even though my reel was no longer under warranty. If you contact them via email, it may take a few days but they will walk you through the steps needed to figure out your reel. If I were you though, I would call them. In my experience, whenever I call and leave a message, they have always called back within the hour. Their number is (909) 923-2828. Instead of waiting and burning up minutes on your phone (there's a long wait time), choose the "leave a message" option and have them call you back. Just get your reel model and/or necessary part numbers ready for them to make the transition easy. Just a side-note; so far I have eight reels: 3 fly, 1 off-shore, 1 baitcaster, 3 spinning. With the exception of one fly reel, all are OKUMA.
