113H part #15A?

While ordering parts to fix up my 113H, half frame, USA reel I saw this part listed at mysticparts but it wasn't on my bench after taking it apart. Am I looking at the wrong schematic? Did I lose it? Seems to be working fine without it. If I do need it where does it go? I haven't seen it in any of the tutorials yet.

It's a spacer for where the AR dog goes on a LH reel and not really needed.

Thank you. Now I can sleep tonight. After rereading the description I see it now. Read it too fast I guess. I do have two of these in LH coming up for maint so at least now I know.
