Monofil 25

Little grey Monofil 25 I acquired from Topshot back in December, finally restored to its former glory.

Before I started.

Stripped.

The parts I kept, cleaned and polished.

With the new parts ready to be assembled.

And the finished article.

I am happy with the result, looks good sitting next to my green 26 on display.

That's what I like about Penn reels, you can actually make a brand new 1950ish Monofil, just like that
