Together with the NIB Senator 9/0, I got a #9L reel in new condition and this reel that I think is a 321GT left handed.
The drag star is a 10-349 and from what I can find, the only GT-series reel that has this part is the 321GT.

The label insert is missing from the top of the reel. Is this available somewhere?

the star on a left handed penn 321 should say "10-321LH."
send me an email at alantani@yahoo.com for questions!

Looks like it but the plate seems to be missing.
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D

Well, it is left handed and the star has the number 10-349.

The ones I come across are usually missing the small tension knob next to the star drag.

I think it might be a 321 GT2-LH Super Levelwind Series 2          RUDY

Nope. the bridge doesn't look like the one in the parts list.
It looks like the bridge in the 321GTi.

It is probably a left hand 320 GT prototype reel. :-)
The excentric jack has the number 11-320, The bridge has the number 3-320.
The drag star has the number 10-349, but it is left-hand threaded.
No number on other parts except handle and handle nut.
5 drag setup.

Does it have "made by Penn Reels in USA" on the tailplate?

No. Just "PENN-U.S.A." on the foot.
