tying palomar knot in 100lb +leader

here is a neat trick for tying a palomar knot everytime
no matter if its mono,fluoro or braid,to swivel or hook
no matter what the breaking strain is.pic is of 100lb +

double line through the eye
then granny or slip loop
swivel through loop
that loop rests on the mailine and tag end
put your finger through the other loop  on top of the swivel and tighten onto finger
remove finger and snug up tight



to finish and get rid of the tag end,tie a 3 turn rizzuto and snip off


rizzuto has nothing to do with the actual knot, its just to give a neat finish and prevent spin
it will come undone under pressure,but you still got your fish
