Howdy ye all;  seems almost everybody has a need to take line from spools and either wind on another spool to turn it around or to spool on a reel.  Here is a simple one that I made.  its not fancy, but works great.

One of the things I found useful is the plastic cones that automatically center the different size spools and make an arbor to hold the spool under slight spring tension so it does not freespool or get slack line and fall out or off the line spool.

the spring in the lower left is to hold the plastic threaded nut I made with a little handy handle for spinning it on. The spring keeps it from turning while in use.

another shot of the line spooler without spool.  note the cones!

I do have quite a few of these cones and will give you a set if you pm me and pay for postage to worldwide persons of interest.
It is a handy thing to have and has helped me spool a lot of lines.    just a dumb offer maybe but a favor non the less.

I love my cat!       gst.

Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.
